Launceston Real Estate Market Update!

Pretty rotten weather here this week (not complaining but the Mallee farmers son in me knows every drop of rain counts.) It seems that the selling market has picked up with a number of strong enquiries and sales along with several new properties soon to come to the market (late August/ early September) and must say all seem very well positioned on price, so watch this space.
