There have been strong signals in the Launceston market over the past week with more sales and a surge of interstate activity which is promising. I feel that sales will hold strong closer to Christmas this year as it seems many have left their run later than normal and talking to solicitors and builders there are a number that are going to start up early in the New Year which should help keep some momentum in the market.
